2 Year Review. I Couldn’t Be Happier
I purchased and had my double sided smart lock installed about 2 years ago.
It’s a brilliant lock, and it gives me peace of mind about my home security.
Yesterday, it decided to have a day off, and wouldn’t let my open my door to get
out. Alexa, wouldn’t unlock it either, so I rang Simpled, and explained my
concerns.They arranged for one of their technicians to give me a call back.
Steve Kerr, called me straight away, and talked me through some procedures. In
no time at all, My lock was up and running, again.
I would highly recommend Simpled, for their locks and their sterling, after
sales. Two years after the purchase, they still helped me. You can’t fault that!

The initial contact and discussions about my needs were very productive and
allowed me to purchase the equipment needed. The delivery of which came by
different carriers, one of which, the most important bit the Lock, went missing.
Simpled accepted the word of the carrier who insisted they delivered when I
could prove they hadn’t, and speaking with a human proved problematic,
especially as I had someone arranged and waiting to fit it along with an
extended system.
That being said! When it did arrive the security systems man employed to fit my
extensive set up said it was easy to fit and an excellent product, to which I
entirely concur, and that he would recommend it to any of his clients looking
for a similar system.
Having been installed and working now for some six weeks it is working as well
and as we hoped and would highly recommend it.
But for the delivery hiccup I would have given them Five Stars, however they did
redeem themselves and would recommend for their technical expertise.
